Santa Fe Metals Engages Mantis Capital for Investor Communications

Vancouver, British Columbia - Santa Fe Metals Corporation (TSX-V: SFM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Mantis Capital Partners Ltd., to assist with the design and implementation of a comprehensive investor communications and market awareness program for the company, subject to regulatory approval.
Mantis Capital will be responsible for coordinating and managing all of Santa Fe's marketing and communications efforts, including establishing a set of formal communications protocols, making direct introductions to key members of the investment community and fostering relationships with Santa Fe's existing shareholders.
Under the renewable agreement, Mantis will receive a fee of $5,000 per month for an initial term of six months and incentive stock options to purchase up to 100,000 common shares of the company at a price of C$0.55 each. In accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan, the options will vest equally on a quarterly basis over a period of 12 months.
